📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support company growth and success.
• Collaborate with department heads, managers, and employees to foster a positive and productive work culture.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in managing recruitment processes and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS software such as BambooHR or Workday is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
