As our Finance Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our AR department. You will work closely with our team to monitor accounts receivable, manage collections, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finance and a proven track record in managing AR operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments.
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit checks, and collection activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Work with the finance team to implement best practices and improve AR processes.
• Monitor and analyze AR performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to accounts receivable.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of AR activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a focus on managing AR operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, including SAP and Oracle.
• Proven track record in managing AR processes and improving efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
