📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring efficient and sustainable farming practices.
Develop and implement crop management strategies to maximize yield and quality.
Manage and supervise a team of farm workers, ensuring high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor and optimize resource usage, including water, fertilizer, and pesticides, to maintain cost-effectiveness and environmental sustainability.
Conduct regular farm inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inputs and equipment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully managing farm operations and teams.
Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and modern agricultural technologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for farm management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Bali.
