📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist medical professionals in patient consultations and examinations.
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by doctors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our clinic management software.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and assist in the preparation of specimens.
- Support the clinic's administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and patient billing.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic premises.
- Provide compassionate and friendly service to patients and visitors.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of clinic policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a clinic assistant or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
