📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage the store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
