📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.,Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievance resolution and conflict management.,Support the HR Manager in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
