Global Building is looking for a Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes. If you are passionate about logistics and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing supply chain processes,Support the Supply Chain Manager in procurement activities,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials,Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management,Support the implementation of quality control measures,Assist in the development and maintenance of supplier relationships

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role,Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proactive and detail-oriented
