📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Teller in managing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.,Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, polite, and professional in all interactions.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.,Assist in cash handling and reconciliation, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Support the Teller in training and mentoring new staff, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the teller counter and surrounding areas.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the team and the bank.,Adhere to all banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role, preferably as a Teller or Deputy Teller.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Familiarity with cash handling and reconciliation procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using basic computer applications and banking software.
