📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and laws,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR information systems and software,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
