Hotel Krisna Digital is seeking a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping employees reach their full potential. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design programs to address them.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to measure the impact of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficient in using training management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed.
