📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant,Oversee the work of kitchen and service staff,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met,Maintain a clean and organized dining area,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction,Participate in inventory management and cost control,Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients,Assist in training and developing new staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations,Good communication and leadership skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with health and safety regulations,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Ability to lift and move heavy objects
