PT Bhakti Sejahtera is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in HR to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Support the HR department in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters.,Support the HR department in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of HR concepts, policies, and procedures.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
