📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment is timely.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Promote store products and services to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
