📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently, providing accurate and helpful information.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest concerns and ensure their satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is always presentable.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high standards of service.,Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.,Enthusiasm and passion for the hospitality industry.
