Pacific Energy is looking for a Lead Site Engineer to oversee and manage our construction projects. As a Lead Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and best practices.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.
