Bright Sun Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team in Bengkulu. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design customized training solutions for employees.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and assessment tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
