📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Support the legal team in managing case files and maintaining legal records.
- Assist in the organization and scheduling of legal meetings and deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including drafting and filing legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation of legal reports and correspondence.
- Support the legal team in managing legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal department as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative role.
- Proficient in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian legal procedures and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
