📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare guest rooms and suites for check-in, ensuring all amenities are in perfect working order
• Provide exceptional service to guests, including checking in and out, assisting with luggage, and addressing any special requests
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas
• Work closely with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for the next guest
• Assist with room inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues to the appropriate departments
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel at home and valued
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to challenges
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle
