📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
