Puskesmas Nanda Mart is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct regular employee training and development programs.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.
