📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital learning solutions for the LKCMedicine program.
  • Collaborate with faculty, students, and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital education, and incorporate them into our learning initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital learning specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Evaluate the impact of digital learning initiatives on student learning outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve our programs.
  • Represent the Digital Learning team at conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Digital Learning team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in digital learning and education.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of learning theories and pedagogical principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing digital learning projects.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
