📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the organization's goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on employee training.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with e-learning and other modern training technologies is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations within the company as needed.
