📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to employees,Create and update training materials and resources,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations,Provide feedback and coaching to employees,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet organizational goals,Mentor and develop junior instructors,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design or training and development,Strong knowledge of the industry and the ability to teach complex concepts,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience
