📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize film assist molding processes to improve yield and quality.,Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians in the team.,Conduct process development experiments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.,Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen events.,Provide technical support and troubleshooting for process-related issues.,Maintain and update process documentation and standard operating procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in process development for semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in film assist molding.,Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proven track record of successful process development and optimization projects.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for process development and data analysis.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
