📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to inform decision-making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training software and tools,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
