📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain workforce planning models and forecasts to ensure optimal resource allocation.,Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce planning strategies with business objectives.,Implement and monitor workforce scheduling and staffing solutions to improve operational efficiency.,Provide leadership and guidance to the WFM team, including coaching and mentoring junior analysts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in workforce management.,Report on workforce planning metrics and KPIs to senior management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, planning, or a similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.,Proficiency in workforce management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven leadership and coaching abilities, with the capacity to mentor and develop junior analysts.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Previous experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
