📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned stores, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support to help them grow professionally.,Implement and monitor inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the agricultural sector.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and retail industry is a plus.
