📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to our employees
  • Create engaging and effective learning materials
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to our employees
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with our company's goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their full potential

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective learning materials
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
  • Passion for helping others learn and grow
