In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees during and after training.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Assist in the development of new training programs and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
