Lingkungan Budi Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to improving the quality of healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to staff members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.,Coordinate with external trainers and vendors to enhance the quality of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages.
