📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness using SAP HCM.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of new employees and smooth transitions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including document management and data entry.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an investment management firm.
• Proficient in using SAP HCM for HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
