📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the electric fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and train a team of drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the latest technology and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or automotive industry.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing operations in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of electric vehicle technology and sustainability practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
