📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and projectors.
• Provide technical support for our property management software, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of our website and other online platforms.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols.
• Experience with property management software, such as Yardi or AppFolio, is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
