📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of MEP systems to ensure compliance with safety and performance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, system performance, and any issues encountered, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
• Participate in pre-opening activities, including system testing, commissioning, and final inspections to ensure all MEP systems are fully operational and meet project requirements.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Bali.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment and materials.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Bali as needed.
