📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage workflows and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste in production processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to address production bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production needs.
• Develop and maintain detailed production reports and dashboards for performance tracking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in project management with tools like Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
