📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of air freight shipments using industry-leading tools like SAP and Aramex's proprietary systems.
• Monitor and optimize air cargo operations to ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and improve service quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our operations remain competitive.
• Represent Aramex at industry events and conferences to build relationships and enhance our brand presence.
• Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with Aramex's safety, security, and sustainability policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in air freight operations, with a proven track record in cargo handling and logistics management.
• Certification in air cargo operations or related fields is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international air cargo regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
