• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC/RAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC/RAC Technician in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Certification in HVAC/RAC systems, preferably from a recognized institution like ASHRAE or BEST.
• Familiarity with BMS and HVAC software, such as Tridium or Johnson Controls.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
