📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Manage workflows and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste in production processes.
Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to address production bottlenecks.
Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production needs.
Develop and maintain detailed production reports and dashboards for performance tracking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a similar role.
Proven experience in project management with tools like Microsoft Project.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
