📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their tea experience is delightful
• Prepare and serve premium teas, including rare single-origin varieties, using state-of-the-art equipment
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking tea supplies to maintain high-quality standards
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold our high standards of service and tea knowledge
• Oversee daily operations of the tea lounge, including cash handling and record-keeping
• Collaborate with the team to create special tea events and promotions
• Ensure the tea house maintains a clean, inviting, and sophisticated atmosphere
• Stay updated on tea trends and new product offerings to enhance our tea menu

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or F&B industry, preferably in a luxury setting
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong knowledge of tea culture and preferences, with the ability to recommend teas to guests
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali
