As a Finance and Accounting Officer, you'll be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Pacific Century Place SCBD, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing budgets, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and compliance, leveraging your expertise in financial management and accounting principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into the financial performance of Pacific Century Place SCBD.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and financial goals.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor junior finance and accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a commercial real estate or property management setting.
• Proficiency in financial accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in professional accounting, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
