📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Manage a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure seamless production processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Report on production progress and key performance indicators to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and software such as ERP systems, CAD, and CAM.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
