You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement environmental best practices, conduct environmental impact assessments, and provide expert advice on sustainable mining techniques.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee environmental compliance and ensure adherence to national and international regulations such as the Indonesian Mining Law and the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM).
• Develop and implement environmental impact mitigation strategies to minimize the ecological footprint of our mining operations.
• Conduct regular environmental impact assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous compliance.
• Provide expert advice on sustainable mining techniques and technologies to enhance our environmental performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into all aspects of our operations.
• Monitor and report on key environmental performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest environmental regulations and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Lead and mentor junior environmental advisors to foster a culture of environmental excellence within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting, mining, or a related industry.
• Professional certification such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP), Professional Geoscientist (PG), or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian environmental laws and regulations, including the Indonesian Mining Law and the ICMM guidelines.
• Strong understanding of environmental impact assessment (EIA) processes and tools such as ARCGIS, QGIS, and other GIS software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
